Attendees may not congregate in the Fitness Room. 4. Parking is limited to the parking area in front Improperly parked vehicles, or vehicles that create an unsafe condition, will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. 5. Audio systems (ratios, PA systems, etc.) or live music on the Patio are only allowed between 11AM and 8PM. 6. Applicant is responsible for supervising attendees that are 17 years of age or less at all times. 7. Applicant is responsible for damage to, or loss of, property, furnishings, or decorations. 8. Smoking on property is prohibited. A violation of this policy will result in the security deposit being forfeited. Smoking constitutes property damage, and the Applicant will be held liable for the cost of restoring the property and furnishings. 9. property, furnishings, or decorations may not be removed. 10. All personal property must be removed at the end of the rental period. 11. Deliveries may not be made in advance of the date and time listed on the rental application unless specific permission has been granted. 12. Signage and decorations may only be posted at the clubhouse and must be removed at the end of the event. Resident is responsible for damage caused by signage and decorations. Glitter is prohibited at all times!! 13. not responsible for loss or damage of personal property owned by Applicant or attendees. 14. At the discretion, a Certificate of insurance naming Main and Rose as an additional insured may be required to rent the clubhouse. 15. Assurance Realty or a PRCC Director may terminate a rental for any violation of these terms and conditions, violation of any government ordinance, or upon good cause shown. The rental fee and security deposit will be forfeited if a rental is terminated.
